Excelente experiencia familiar o de pareja en este Château muy relacionado a la actividad vitivinicola, en el sur de Francia muy cercano a la ciudad de Bezier. De esa antigua bodega se transformó en un Hotel de lujo con 27 unidades de alojamiento 8 habitaciones en suite que mantienen su forma pero con un adecuado reciclaje y 19 villas independientes. La propuesta es exclusiva y de lujo, impacta su terraza con vista a los viñedos, la construcción con gran antigüedad pero muy bien mantenida la fachada, y su privacidad. Su recurso humano de servicio es 100 puntos en calidez, amabilidad y velocidad. Su desayunador interior es estilo buffet con productos locales y elaboración casera o puedes solicitarlo en la habitacion en suite. El detalle de dejarte un vino con dos copas en la suite muestra diferencias. Delante de la fachada lateral encontraras un espacio vidriado tipo invernadero tipo palacio imperial qué puede ser ideal en el inverno para tomar el té o una copa de vino. Experincia super recomendable y diferente si buscas desconectar y descanso.

Arriving at Château Les Carrasses on the 29th straight from a marathon of business meetings, we rolled up unannounced for a two-night stay, praying to the hospitality gods for spontaneous availability. The estate itself looked like a dream—once you survived the initial obstacle course. The drive in requires navigating breathtaking vineyard countryside lanes, which is utterly idyllic right up until a fellow guests, clearly three gin-and-tonics deep, comes hurtling down the narrow lane sideways and forcibly ushers your car into an adjacent field. Assuming the worst was behind us, we brushed off the dirt and tried to order basic liquid sustenance. Requesting a simple coffee and tea to sit outside triggered a delicate hostage negotiation with the day service staff, whose high-stakes gossip session we had so rudely interrupted. After an exhausting round of back-and-forth diplomacy, our prize arrived: half a cup of lukewarm coffee and a mug of warm tap water so utterly devoid of heat it actively refused to dissolve the tea bag. As a cinematic backdrop to this culinary triumph, the maintenance crew immediately showed up to aggressively dismantle the terrace umbrellas directly around our heads, turning a peaceful afternoon into an active demolition zone. Now, we fully accept this is minor on the grand scale of managing a stunning French property, and plenty of guests likely have magical stays. However, it doesn't take a rocket science degree to serve two hot beverages—especially when your sole job description is "serving food and drinks." Faced with road-rage guests, hostile staff, and cold tea, we decided we had seen enough. We packed up our unbroken spirit, pulled our car out of the vineyard, and took our money elsewhere. Just becouse we had a bad experience try it yourself I'm sure you will have a different mucg better one.

Dear Whan Amador,While we enjoyed the humorous narrative of your review, we are nevertheless very sorry that the experience wasn't what either you would expect or what we expect to deliver. To explain rather than to excuse, you visited a couple of days after the tornado, when our teams were all hands to the pump to get the Château back into operating condition. Having worked almost day and night to make this happen, we were down to a skeleton crew the afternoon of your arrival, with just the maintenance team taking down the last of the huge parasols on the terrace, all of which were destroyed by the storm. The quality of our welcome is at the heart of what we do, and you should, of course, have been received warmly, and your drinks served to the quality one would expect from a place like ours. We have immediately picked up this issue with the team on site that day.We are nevertheless glad that your spirit was unbroken, that you thought that Château was gorgeous, and we look forward to receiving you on another occasion.
