New owner and staff took over two weeks ago, and man that feels good! It is a pleasure being there and eating there. The menu has some good choices of meat, in a traditional Brasserie style, but perfectly executed. The staff is smiling, helpful and enthusiast. We had the T-Bone "côte à l'os" which was tasty and cooked to perfection (we like it rare, don't be afraid by the picture). The menu is growing and they are proposing specials on the board so that you may never get bored. Two course diner for two came out at around 50,- EUR pp, which is reasonable, and dirty cheap for what we had IMHO. We will go back soon to try the aged steak "entrecôte" which couple behind us had and which looked scrumptious! It has instantly become my preferred restaurant in the hood. Their meat selection certainly beats the Lounge and the Pêcherie nearby, while the service is about ten times better. Did I mention the smiles? Only four stars because... because... No. Five stars. Earned.

We went there on Friday the 13th with a Groupon voucher for four people. I have never been superstitious before about Friday the 13th, but now I'm not so sure any more. We had a reservation at 19:00 and were there at 19:05. The restaurant wasn't open and there was no one inside. We tried calling the number of the restaurant, but there was no answer. After looking all around the place we found a gsm number and called that. The owner answered, sounded very drunk, and said he would be there in a few minutes. He was there in a few minutes. He was clearly drunk, quite aggressive and not friendly or apologetic at all. He said that his helper had had an accident and that he wasn't going to do everything by himself, and he certainly wasn't going to do it for just four people with a groupon voucher. I have had bad service before in restaurants, but I have never encountered someone hostile and rude like that. I'm surprised that the place is open and even more surprised that anyone goes there. I will NEVER EVER go there and would advise all people to stay away. I should have looked online before booking. Almost all the comments are negative and there are lots of mentions of the owner being drunk, rude and aggressive. STAY AWAY !!
