Mimi was absolutely great! She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Her service was quick, she had an amazing attitude, and she made sure everyone was taken care of the entire time. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and enjoys what she does. Mimi brought such a fun and welcoming energy — definitely one of the highlights of the night. She also was very honest and told us 20% gratuity is already included & highlighted it on the bill! Highly recommend stopping by and seeing her! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They charge an automatic 20% gratuity and do not tell you. It is also not posted anywhere. I paid cash and did not get a receipt so I did not know and thought it was strange my one drink was $13.86. My friend paid by card so she got one and it is marked on hers. But I had already given another 20% tip before I knew. We left after. Price per person: $10–20

I visited Level Two Bar & Rooftop in Detroit and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the evening, my jacket disappeared from a hook directly underneath the bar counter where my friends and I had placed our jackets together. When we left, my friends’ jackets were still there - only mine was missing. We immediately informed security and searched the area, but no real effort was made to help. After contacting the club again afterwards, the only response I received from the owner was a short email saying nothing had been found and apologizing for the inconvenience - without any indication that cameras were checked or that the situation was taken seriously. I understand that venues cannot prevent every incident, but I do expect staff and management to show genuine support and responsibility when a guest’s belongings disappear inside the venue... Nice location and atmosphere, but based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
