If you plan to visit here soon and or plan an event here, please read in its entirety. This feedback is for corporate, management, and customers. I recently attended Level 9 for my son birthday party. It was not worth $40 for 2 hours. Let me tell you why from beginning to end. When you arrive, there is not much help or instructions from staff because of less workers around to assist you. It’s chaotic at check in. Nobody tells when you make reservations everyone needs to have an account created . Online only focuses on minors due to waivers. So, signing all your party members in is time consuming. Gotta be a better process. After everyone is signed in and bands activated, there no additional assistance to explain the flow of level 99. I had to ask and they told me to watch a screen for the welcome. So, nobody tells you the process or steps and or traffic control massive of people. Remind you , you have 2 hrs to play in the game rooms but all the rooms aren’t available. You have wait between 4 to 5 minutes. People aren’t considerate and rush to scan their bands not giving others the opportunity to do so. The kiosk does not explain good instructions how to play the games and the hints does not go along with the games in the room. A lot of games did not make sense with no good instructions. You have to figure it out yourself. People were complaining when I was as there. It was a mess and choatic in the lobby. And, you can pause your games for an hour but it took 45 minutes to get our food for a large group. This place has a great concept but need to be refined and structured. Definitely has potential but the games did not match instructions and hint tips. The art hunt was properly done no real logic or made sense either. This place is overrated right now and needs to be tweaked. The price is way too high for the level of experience we received.
