Our favorite cafe in Seattle during stay. Ms Debbie who runs the cafe is very friendly and serve the delicious food. You will find great both vegan and vegetarian options. And the signature liberty coffee is outstanding. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We're so thrilled that you found us on your visit to downtown Renton. Appreciative and friendly customers like you two are the greatest reward of running my little cafe. Liberty Café is the hidden gem of downtown Renton. You get greeted by friendly Debbie. Grilled (NOT microwaved) paninis are must-try! I love my matcha latte. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

And likewise, you too are a gem to the community, especially with all the volunteering you do....Plus you're always so pleasant...you brighten up any establishment when you come by. So thrilled you're still enjoying your matcha latte ( each one custom made so we can hopefully dial it in just right for each customer).....plus we really appreciate all the other kudos you gave us. Thanks again so much. Customers like you are the gems of liberty indeed.. Ps, for those looking for convenient parking at the end of our busy one-way street, just proceed one more block through the intersection to The old City Hall parking lot..the library is at the north side of the parking lot..don't park there, but the whole south end of the parking lot...closer back to Liberty is usually available. Such great food and great conversation as well! Debbie is such a great host, you'll feel right at home. I tried the fig and brie croissant which was amazing and the mocha was great, not overly sweet and the perfect consistency. They have a wide selection of gluten free and vegetarian options that I appreciatedjI loved the artwork in the cafe for sale, I'll be going back soon!
