Pretty disingenuous and unlawful if you ask me.
I ended up paying the extra $1 because I was with my friend at the time and didn’t want to make a scene for something so small.
I thought these types of micro scams happen in developing countries but apparently not.
Don’t come here regularly to be duped- try it once or twice by all means, but blatantly lying employees don’t cut it for me.
Now if you are serving Tip-Top in a decent cone (which they do) you can't go wrong. So this is where I get frustrated. I have been there more than 5 times and not once have their choc tops worked. They are thin and watery looking on serving. So disappointing as this is the only bit they need to fix.
