After discovering Licks Cakes at the Kelso Wedding Show, we had the chance to sample a few of their flavours — but one completely stood out: the Irn-Bru cake. As big Irn-Bru fans, we were curious, but after the first taste, we instantly knew this had to be our wedding cake flavour. The taste was absolutely incredible — so unique and unlike anything we’ve tried before. It was one of those flavours you just want again and again. Even our guests were unsure at first when we told them the flavour, but as soon as they tried it, they were all pleasantly surprised and agreed it was something different in the best possible way. Not only did it taste amazing, but the presentation of the cake was also beautiful and finished to a really high standard.
