Visited 3 times, every time staff have extremely poor attitude. Two times they refuse to answer questions, one time they gave us the wrong cake. Today a male staff gave us an attitude to take our order. He asked us to get our QR code ready first (and refused to take our order) but we are already ready. And yet his iPad was not turned on and needed to be charged. Then he takes more than 5 min to get his iPad ready. Fantastic area for having a brunch, lunch and tea. The shop would decorate the selected cakes for the birthday boy/girl. We don't need to order a whole cake for having this service. The foods are delicious and the environment is perfect for a nice chat. Coffee is unexpected good ! We enjoyed the gathering a lot.
