I have been coming to this great Thai food restaurant for months and have loved the huge menu and choices. I visited recently and and found that the menu has shrunk and the flexibility of choosing different combinations of food have gone I am so so sad. I appreciate that maybe the owners want more authentic food but I have to wonder why change something if the place was packed with happy diners?? Will have to find somewhere else such a shame as this was a regular go to place for yummy food. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40

Went to Little B for lunch today and unfortunately had a pretty bad experience. The squid wasn’t cleaned properly — the cartilage was still inside, and it was also quite undercooked. My stomach felt uncomfortable afterwards. The chairs are also terribly designed. The armrests on both sides make it really awkward to sit and eat normally. You can literally see how much the paint has worn off on top from people struggling with them. The kids’ high chair was way too low for the table, and little one ended up bumping her head on the table. Also had to go to the counter and ask for kid’s cutlery myself. For $25+ a dish, the portions were bit small and the food just wasn’t good. Definitely not worth the price Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40

We’re especially sorry about the squid. It should have been cleaned and cooked properly, and we take your comments about feeling uncomfortable afterwards very seriously. We’ll speak with our kitchen team and make sure this is checked. We also apologise about the uncomfortable chairs, the high chair being too low, and your little one bumping her head. That’s certainly not the experience we want for families. We’ll review these issues with our team. We’re also sorry you had to ask for the kids’ cutlery yourself. Our staff should have been more attentive. We understand your concerns about the portions and pricing too. We really appreciate you pointing these things out because it gives us an opportunity to improve. We’re genuinely sorry we let you down this time, and we hope you’ll give us another chance to provide you and your family with a much better experience.
