They do not accept orders after 10:30 on Saturdays. They should correct their hours! They close for business a half hour before they say they close at 11pm! I was there waiting for counter service since 10:20 and I watched the cook start tearing down and then a gal came out at 10:30 to say they weren’t taking any more orders so about 5 of us left who had been waiting since well before 10:20 when I arrived Also they have an abysmal call system which I use bc I can’t use my coupons with the app it takes a full 2 minutes of a man with a terribly over exited voice to put you on hold to listen to music for a full minute to get a call center with terrible customer service if you’re going to consolidate all of your chain’s calls to one place wouldn’t you want it to be staffed to handle calls quickly and efficiently?? The kicker is that I called at 10 and she hung up on me after telling me they were only taking in-store orders, so I drove there Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Placed an order through the app, we arrived a bit early. The order was ready on time. The staff was amazing. The "STICKS" were excellent!! We will definitely be back again. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Little Caesars Pizza of Dubuque Iowa is a great store. LCP always has great pizza, but the staff at this store are really great. I watched them during peak dinner hours and so many customers, various questions and requests; and each employee was kind, considerate. They provided outstanding customer service! Great job LCP of Dubuque!
