makes me sad. I like little caesers, but this location needs to get it together. I went today a little before noon... not rush time. waited over 25 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead... a couple people went through the actual store. So at least if I've had to wait... it should have been fresh... well it wasn't. They are never "hot and ready"

I really want to like this place but at least half the time I go there the orders are significantly later than promised and frequently wrong. Tonight was the last time I’ll go there. My order was so late I ended up just getting a refund when they couldn’t find my order (even though the app told me it was ready). One employee out of the four that were there was willing to talk to customers and the others seemed to refuse to even communicate with each other. I hope the kids who work there don’t get in trouble, I hope the managers or owners take some accountability and provide a decent customer experience.
