This location has awesome employees, excellent on the phone and in person. With that being said, they rarely have anything hot and ready (doesn’t matter time of day) and in the 10 years of coming to this location, my pizza has never, not once been ready for when I asked for it. Today for example, they said I could pick up at 5:10pm and I’m still waiting for it to be done and it’s 5:28pm. Not a little late, always, always waiting, Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I called my order in and she repeated my order back to me. When I arrived to pick up my order, they messed it up given one bread stick instead of two. Then they told me I would have to pay for it even though they made the mistake.

Called right when they opened and ordered 6 pizzas for pick up at a specific time (1 hour later). Got there at pick up time and they were just starting to put them oven. Had to wait another 20 minutes. Person working up front didn’t have any customer service skills and don’t even acknowledge their miss. Wasn’t even friendly to say even thanks or sorry for the extra wait when ready. If you’re ordering for a group and need to be there at a specific time, don’t buy from this store. Unreliable. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
