They sent us completely burnt, inedible food. I can't believe they sent food out like that. Do better employees of Little Caesars. Food: 1

We were coming to this location for a long time. The last few times we would place an order ahead of time (selected a specific time for pick up for later in the day) and when we would get there we would have to still wait 30-45 minutes to actually leave with our pizza. The customer service is also bad. They definitely do not care and you can tell they don’t want to be there. Also. Learn how to cut the freaking pizza. We have been going to the other Surprise location off of Greenway and it is MUCH better!

As a walk in customer, I Got 2 hot and ready original pepperoni pizzas. There wasn't a long wait time because the two that I picked up were in the oven and waiting. I drove 30 miles to my house from here and they were still pretty warm in the box. Little Caesars Pizza is always a good choice for an alternative meal for my husband and I. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
