I think if I had written this review before Duck Donuts opened up then this would be a 4 star review rather than a 3. I heard about this place but never was able to get to one until this opened up in Bethel Park. I like that you can get regular donuts or filled donuts. Something that Duck Donuts doesn't offer. They do have a pretty big selection of donuts to get but you cannot custom make any kind imaginable like with Duck Donuts. Don't get me wrong, I still love some of their selections. Especially since I think there are more types of toppings than Duck Donuts has. The thing I can't really seem to get over is just how much these little donuts cost though. This one item kept it from getting 5 stars even if I did rate it before Duck Donuts opened. Overall good. I may have gone back a time or too but just don't miss it with Duck Donuts being across from Whole Foods.

I love their donuts! They are little cake donuts and there's so many options you really can go wrong. I went pretty late on a weekend day, they still had plenty of donuts and no line! Plus it was my first time there so I got a free sugar donut. That was awesome. The cinnamon donuts are the best there's two, one is cinnamon coffee cafe and I can't remember the name of the other but it had a Caramel spiral on top. They are SO good!

As a donut connoisseur, I was deeply saddened. This was my first visit, so the staff gave us a cinnamon sugar donut to try -- it was probably the best there. Upon walking in, we noticed the staff scraping dried icing from the sides of the containers back into the fresh stuff (now I get why my icings were so sandy!) The different flavors of donuts were on display and very nicely decorated. Everything was mini and adorable, so I said f*ck it, let's get 6. The flavors we purchased were s'mores, raspberry lemonade, strawberry shortcake, caramel macchiato, dirt, and maple bacon. The icings were extremely grainy and the donut itself seemed dry, like they weren't freshly baked today. However, the additional toppings seemed fresh -- like the bacon, graham crackers, marshmallows, oreos, etc. My boyfriend and I took at least one bite of everything and basically threw away three whole donuts total. Everything looked and sounded so promising. I'm giving two stars because the atmosphere was clean and the theme was cool. Next time, I'll just go to a Donut Connection or support a local bakery.
