Hi Romario, we’d like to clarify a couple of things regarding your visit this morning.Our event was completely sold out, and we are required to follow our fire code capacity limits. This was not simply because you didn’t have a reservation. We do gladly accept walk-ins anytime we are not at capacity. With that being said, we encourage reservations whenever possible so families can secure their spot and avoid disappointment, as our events can sell out quickly. We had also shared online in advance that this event date was sold out.During our interaction, our staff communicated this information kindly and professionally while simply explaining the situation and available options. We sincerely apologized at the time and also let you know we’d be offering this event again next week. We always aim to treat every guest with courtesy and respect, even in difficult situations. I also attempted to call you after the event ended because we wanted to personally offer you a discount on a future visit.When you visited previously, our staff noted that you had inquired about a membership, so we’re especially sorry this experience left you feeling negatively about our space, considering you enjoyed your previous visit enough to return. During that visit, we also accommodated your family by allowing you to begin your play session a half hour early between scheduled time slots and stay through closing, providing you with an extended 2-hour play session at no additional cost.We always strive to create a wonderful experience for every family, which we believe is reflected in our other reviews.
