Ni nos creimos la excelente atencion que no dieron, es el mejor hotel que hemos estado por el momento en filipinas, tanto los empleados como los dueños, no podian ser mas atentos, la comida, buffet o a la carta a elejir, tambien excelente, no cabe duda que si pasamos por cebu, este hotel sera nuestro alojamiento. Hay minigolf, piscina con chorros, hay sala de masajes y parquing.. un 10 le pongo

everything is bad. from the venue to the accomodation and the services.. taas taas jd ni ug akong paning usa usahon so tingbon lang ni nako.. i had a very bad experience from the venue to the services offered.. kung nagplan mo ug dinagko nga event like 100 pax pareha sa amoa gkuha.. AYAW NLNG.. DLI JD MA RECOMMEND.. SORRY TO SAY THIS.. SPECIALLY SA SERVICES hahaha goodness... ka isa ra mag debut ang bata nya ingon ato pajd ang service.. maka highblood kung ganahan mo ma stress mo sa event hala kani.. super stress jd mo.. bastA SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE.. Wala ko nag expect jd nga ingon ato.. mag invite paminug mga politicians unya ingon ato lang.. d jd maayo..

Life update: Word of the day: "EXCLUSIVE" Meaning restricted or limited to the person, group, or area concerned. So, the package we took in Little Rock Cebu is 38K, exclusive party venue package. When we arrived at the venue, there was a customer staying in one of the rooms. They did not communicate to us that there was a long term stay in one of the rooms. Also, we haven't checked out yet, which means the venue is still exclusive to us, some people have already been let in to swim in the pool. The family even posted a "swimming time" for the family they let in. This is not withstanding the fact that the pool is dirty with bunches of hair, hair ties, and insects in the pool. The manager did not even apologize for the situation. He said that they miscommunicated with their team, when in fact he was the one I talked to on the phone when I inquired. It is justified that it is normal for the dust to be carried by the wind in an open area. The hair is not small, there are many and it is not on the surface, it is under the water. Insects are also normal because there are plants and trees. Ahhhh, it's like little tadpoles. And if you are in the business of hospitality, you don't justify things that you should have control over. Yes, vacuumed, but if you see that there is dirt, aside from vacuuming, you should drain the pool to clean it. There is no reason why the tiles are white so it is clear that there is dirt. The fact that you know there is dirt, you should address it. Your dining area is still very big and noisy and the bottom of the grilling area is like a garbage can. Will you still settle the payment because it's in the middle of the stay, can't it be done when you're going out because it's to finalize all the payments? Anyway, we will not come back, nor recommend it to our friends, relatives and colleagues. This is such a bad experience. Our team took our families with us to enjoy and relax because our work is extensively stressful, but when we arrived here it was more stressful to handle the situation.
