It was our first time visiting Little Turtle with my partner after a friend recommended it to us, and we absolutely loved it! The place is beautiful, cozy, and has such a calm, relaxing vibe. We made the mistake of not asking if the dishes we ordered were spicy. One of them was much spicier than we could handle (our spice tolerance is basically zero!), but it was still delicious. When we mentioned it to the staff, they were incredibly kind and happily offered to replace it with a non-spicy dish. The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly, and the food was fresh and full of flavour. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! I’ve been searching for a long time for vegan food that doesn’t rely on fake meats or that heavy seitan/gluten taste, and I finally found a place that does plant-based food beautifully. Little Turtle absolutely exceeded my expectations. The cauliflower sticky wings, salt and pepper tofu, and stir fries were all incredibly fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with real care and pride. You can genuinely taste the quality of the ingredients. What I loved most is that the food feels nourishing as well as delicious. I’m sitting at work after eating and, for once, I don’t feel heavy or sluggish — I feel energised, satisfied, and full in the best way. It’s rare to find food that tastes this amazing while also making you feel good afterwards. I also really appreciate that the food feels ethically and thoughtfully made. It’s the kind of place I’d confidently recommend not only to vegans, but also to non-vegans and families with children. Everyone could enjoy eating here. A very big thank you to the team at Little Turtle for creating food that’s healthy, comforting, and genuinely exciting to eat. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others. I’ve been here dozens of times but haven’t reviewed! And Little Turtle definitely deserved a review. We are always greeted with a warm friendly welcome. The food is awesome and even though it is vegan you would not need to be vegan to enjoy the beautiful, fresh Thai flavours. I could eat the red curry arancini all day long! Love the noodle dishes, masman potatoes, zucchini pops. You must try the desserts too. For the five years I’ve been visiting it’s been consistently fabulous. Great team, great food, great atmosphere.
