Incredible flavours, location, location, location, comfortable film set vibes, new set location (?). Loved how the kitchen is part of the space, not separate but somehow close so that it felt like I was part of could be part of the cooking space. I could see real food being cooked in the background. The indoor and outdoor felt spacious. Fun food products, earthy ceramics, a large walled garden, great specs all around. The size metrics felt well balanced. Perfect attention to detail without the usual super hussle vibes of other locations. Easy to manage no fuss ordering at the counter, creative food combos on the menu enough to last all year. I am hooked. When can I move in. And quietly who doesn't love dogs. The perfect cafe for dog lovers and dog owners with a park nearby. I had a few pats accompanied by leans to nurture my soul. A short walk from the 14 bus route, or a bit longer from the Adamstown Station no need to bring a car. I didn't see any bike parking...but it seemed like there might be some available. A great experience I will be thinking about it for days...the flavours are still resonating with my tastebuds. A menu to really connect to. See you there! I had a late breakfast here and it was really good. The food was tasty, and the place is great for late breakfast. I also had coffee with dessert, which was nice. Good place to try.

Local Customs is my Local and I'm proud to live in the same suburb as my favourite cafe in Newcastle. Ive been coming here since they opened, have just not gotten around to a review. Food is always awesome, well presented and so delicious. I really appreciate how much creative freedom the chefs have. The specials are always just as amazing as the main menu.
