Your detailed information is inaccurate. Allowing any customer to just call from whatever remote location and claim that the food that they recently received was spoiled is the oldest trick in the book to get your food for free. The only way that we the operator can Validate your complaint is if you return the item. Would you expect a clothing store to give you your money back for an item you purchased without bringing the item back to the store? We recognize the inconvenience for you, and for every other human on planet Earth that has to go through these scenarios, however, as a small business, we cannot just automatically refund peoples money based on a complaint they made over the phone. You seem very encouraged to do as much damage as you possibly can to our small business based on your own self-centered command. offering to send you a gift card for double the amount of the food items that you purchased was an extremely generous offer on our part. Whether you choose to utilize that gift card or not, up to you. But there’s no way to validate your complaint without returning the food item. I’ve likely wasted my time replying to your nonsense complaint, but hoping that I was able to provide you at least a fragment of clarity.
