Después de ver Capitol Commons, puedes comer algo en este restaurante. Sus cocineros preparan aquí un singular sisig, unas atrayentes ostras fritas y unos perfectamente elaborados calamares crujientes. Muchos comensales señalan que el personal es cortés en Locavore Estancia. Descansar y comer aquí es siempre un placer, principalmente por su espectacular servicio. Sus precios bajos son una de esas cosas que se deben mencionar al hablar de este lugar. Tan pronto como entras en este establecimiento, notas su tranquila atmósfera. Pero un gran número de visitantes que usan Google no le otorgaron a este lugar una nota muy alta.

The sizzling sinigang and lechon oyster sisig combination is good. We also got the kare kare wings and kanto ribs which were also okay. The new octadobo was promising, but serving size was questionable We enjoyed our stay and will come back in the future. Visited Locavore in Estancia and it was another solid meal packed with bold flavors and local twists done right. Gabi Chips Still one of our all-time faves! Crispy, lightly salted, and addicting. Perfect starter — you think you’ll “just try one” then suddenly the bowl is gone. Boneless Lechon Belly Tender, juicy, and packed with umami. The skin had that satisfying crisp, and the meat stayed flavorful all the way through. Rich, but worth every bite. Sizzling Sinigang The star of the meal! All the comforting flavors of classic sinigang, but with that sizzling, savory twist. Maasim, malinamnam, and something you’ll crave again after the first spoonful. Pakbet Ratatouille A beautiful fusion — earthy, well-seasoned vegetables cooked perfectly. A great balance to all the rich dishes on the table. Overall, Locavore Estancia delivered a meal that’s bold, comforting, and proudly local. If you want elevated Filipino flavors that still feel like home, this place never disappoints.
