Last night we had a wonderful dinner at Carbone. We were seated in the outdoor area, which had a beautiful atmosphere and made the evening feel extra special. A huge thank you to Trisha and Eric, who looked after us throughout the night with such warm, attentive, and professional service. The food was outstanding, especially the spicy rigatoni vodka pasta, which was absolutely delicious. The mojitos were also fresh and refreshing. Overall, the combination of exceptional food, impeccable service, and a lovely atmosphere made this a truly memorable dining experience. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Carbone London. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The lighting, the service, the atmosphere — everything gives classic Italian elegance with a modern luxury twist. This is the kind of place where you put the outfit ONNNN The meal started with bread, salami, and pickled vegetables and honestly? Such a perfect opening. Simple but elevated, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It immediately set the tone for what was about to be an outstanding dining experience. From dinner all the way to dessert, every course felt intentional, rich, and indulgent. You can absolutely taste why this place has the reputation it does. The food was comforting while still feeling refined — true luxury Italian dining Yes, it’s pricey but honestly? SO worth the hype. This is not your quick dinner spot. This is where you go when you want an experience, a vibe, and a memorable night out. Girls’ nights, celebrations, luxury date nights this place was MADE for that energy Definitely one of those restaurants that makes you feel like the main character the entire evening.
