I appreciate the opportunity to look into everything for you.I can confirm from the invoice that there were 24 set menu meals ordered, along with one additional meal that was requested separately by a member of the group who preferred something different from the set menu options.The dessert charges were genuinely an error on our side. Sasha was able to see this immediately on the night and void the dessert charges at the counter. I do apologise for this mistake.I would also like to apologise regarding the burrito plating. We changed the presentation of this dish last June, and it has only just come to our attention that the menu description at the bottom no longer accurately reflected what was included. We have now corrected this moving forward. Had this been brought to our attention on the evening, we certainly would have done our best to rectify it at the time.I am also sorry for any confusion around meals or drinks you felt may have been charged but not received. From the invoice, I can only see the 24 set menu meals and the one separately ordered meal, so I may be missing some information there. There were 25 members in your group and only 25 meals charged.I am sorry that parts of your experience left you feeling disappointed. We always want guests to feel comfortable raising concerns with us on the night so we can help where possible, and I apologise if you did not feel able to do that.
