Cenar en este bar, con sus increíbles vistas de Grosse Bockenheimer Strasse, es una oportunidad genial para sus visitantes. Según el criterio de los usuarios, su salchicha fráncfort esta perfectamente elaborada. Es fácil encontrar Gaia gracias a su gran ubicación. El afable personal de este lugar demuestra lo mucho que estima a sus comensales. Un rápido servicio es siempre un plus importante. Una serie de clientes mencionan que los platos que ofrecen tienen unos precios cuestionables. Sin duda disfrutarás de su distendido ambiente. Pero este lugar no es muy apreciado por los usuarios de Google, quienes le han dado una valoración por debajo de la media.

Extremely disappointing experience!!!! We made reservations in advance and also mentioned that we would like to celebrate a friend's birthday. All right, no problem. We got there, weren't even properly greeted and were only allowed in when we all showed that we follow their Instagram account. No service. You had to go to the bar yourself and get the completely overpriced drinks yourself. At 11:20 p.m. we were told that they would close earlier, at 11:40 p.m., and that we should find somewhere else to celebrate. No apology, nothing. It was communicated as if we should still be grateful that they informed us about it in advance and didn't kick us out at 8:00 p.m. When we asked for a reason, they said that they would always do this when the weather wasn't great and there was hardly anything going on. That day it was 26 degrees and sunny. In the evening it was nice and warm and the sky was clear and there were also a few guests sitting there. A larger group and individual small groups. At 11:30 p.m. the waiter pushed between us in the very narrow space to clear the glasses while others were still drinking. When asked if it wouldn't be possible to clear up later, as we would be leaving straight away anyway, the response was ignorant and annoyed. We were extremely outraged by the extremely poor service! Nice location or not, we were so extremely disappointed! We also gave feedback that didn't seem to interest them in the slightest. There was no apology and we left at 11:40pm (while a few guests were still sitting there). We then had to find a new location very quickly and spontaneously and decided to go to Nullsechsneun (near Hauptwache). We arrived there at 11:56 p.m., explained our situation to the full shop and were greeted extremely warmly and were immediately made room for. We felt we were in really good hands there, the service was really top and the staff were super friendly! At midnight the waiter came to us with a large sparkler and a drink for the birthday child and a birthday song was played. The staff managed within 3 minutes to ensure that we were able to celebrate our birthday really well at midnight and it was such a lovely evening there! So don't go to Gaia! We can highly recommend Nullsechsneun near the Hauptwache! Service: 1
