Worst customer service. There were literally no one standing for receiving snack, no one queued up. No one even in the receiving counter. But when we arrived, they still expected to book our meal in prior over the app. They did not even let us in unless we booked the slot. Easily money minded and making us feel like slaves!! We had to search, book slot, look through menu, and once it is done, we showed "I'm here " button, which enabled in just few seconds. We were so energy drained, but having this even during the closing hours made me quite furious. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Weird, unusual, strange snack food. Still have no idea what we've eaten but it's edible, but only barely. Will not likely be returning to this eatery. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000
