Bien localizado en la galería superior, buen ambiente , con espacio limitado pero cerca de mesas públicas, tipo food court. Mucha gente en la cola pero los empleados despacharon muy rápido. Buen café y buen barista, pedí un sándwich , estaba bueno pero mucho pan y poco contenido. Recomendable. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Brunch

Lowdown seems to survive mostly due to its convenient location catering to the office crowd in Cloisters Arcade, particularly those right by the elevators. Unfortunately, the coffee itself is below average. They have seriously downgraded their quality recently, and the drinks no longer match the hype or the rush. Convenient for a quick corporate fix if you are in the building, but highly disappointing if you are actually looking for a quality cup of coffee. Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other

We’re genuinely disappointed to hear that your experience didn’t meet the standard we aim to provide.We take our coffee very seriously, so we were surprised to hear that you felt the quality had declined. Our coffee and preparation standards have remained consistent, with the team continuing to monitor extraction, milk temperature and texture, crema and overall taste. We do have some newer team members currently training, so we’ll certainly take your feedback on board and use it as an opportunity to check in with the team.We were also surprised by the wait time mentioned, as we generally have coffees out within 10 minutes, although we appreciate busy periods can sometimes affect service.We only wish we’d had the opportunity to address your concerns while you were here.
