Very rude staff. 1st time at this restaurant, was not aware of policies/rule, so my brother asked for extra sauce packets, the cashier immediately stated “you gonna have to pay extra or you can leave”. The second part could have been left out. She threw the receipt on the counter. Fried rice was just white rice with a little soy sauce. Rice was hard. Fried chicken was dry. Bland food overall. Very long wait time for less than mediocre food and rude service. Should have paid more attention to the ratings but it was a last minute restaurant selection, we took a chance. WRONG DECISION. We now know and we will never go back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been to lucky express for a couple of times and throughout my experiences the have been overwhelming great. I would typically order the general tso chicken which is fantastic the atmosphere and the wait time for the food could be a bit better but overall the place is great. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
