As a loyal customer of Lucky's, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at the bakery in Hercules. I am a head leader at St. Patrick Church in Rodeo, and for several years, I have regularly ordered donuts and pastries from Lucky's for our parish gatherings, held on the first and third Sundays of each month. I appreciate the quality and taste of your products, particularly when compared to those offered at Safeway. In the past, I have always found the service to be excellent, especially the work of Liz, one of your bakery employees. She has consistently met my order requirements, ranging from two to fifteen dozen pastries, with efficiency and professionalism. However, during my recent visit to place an order, I encountered an unacceptable level of rudeness from the bakery manager. I had placed a pre-order as requested, and when I inquired about picking up the order (over ten dozen) at 6:30 AM, given our 7:30 AM mass, she refused. I was surprised by this refusal, as Liz has always been able to accommodate my requests. The manager's response was disappointing, and I felt it was discriminatory. I have informed the manager that I will no longer be ordering from Lucky's and will be taking my business to Safeway in the future.

I have been harassed at the store in Hercules by 3 Asian workers.One followed me to my car .For no reason wanting my ID .I spoke to manger .Im starting to feel racially profiled because clearly they have nothing on me .Im glad there are cameras there is also an African American lady who was extremely rude to me only because she was fed false information about me .Im a customer and i provide great services to your customers by delivering there groceries by Amazon and instacart .These 4 individuals have made me feel horrible.If I can speak to someone in a higher position that would be great .This behavior needs to stop ..I’m going to start sharing this on other platforms so someone can listen
