Comida increíble, el personal super amable y atento, el ambiente super bonito y muy currado. De 10, si quieres un buen sushi es tu sitio y el personal incluso supera a la comida. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €30–40

We come to eat at Luffy's very often. The sushi is very good and tasty especially considering that the formula is All you can eat. The evaluation we have given arises from the unpleasant situation in which we found ourselves this evening, December 31st. We had booked a table for 2 7 days ago asking if there was availability, the lady had given us confirmation for 9.30pm. Arriving right on time (9.29pm) we enter the restaurant and ask for our table by giving our name. At which point the manager looked at us a little perplexed as soon as we entered, as if it were strange that we had entered the restaurant. We were left without an answer and left in a corner to wait until we asked again for the table we had booked. At this point, the manager tells us that they had made a mistake in counting tables and that there was no availability... she apologizes and invites us to another partner restaurant telling us that we would have had a free cocktail... Moral of the story, all lastly we had to quickly look for a restaurant that had a table available... (on New Year's Eve) we came across a situation we never thought we would find ourselves in. I don't think we will ever return considering the behavior they adopted towards regular customers. They apologized by sending us a 10 euro voucher for the inconvenience... Obviously it will never be used. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
