Rude staff. $25 cover charge with an appetizer we never got, but they still charged us. When we refused to pay, they brought it as we were leaving just to make us pay. No apology, just terrible service. Go somewhere else. Service: 1

One day in March. One night, the rain that fell one or two drops soon covered the entire sky, turning the area gray. My group and I headed towards Luke's Bar. We finally arrived at Luke's Bar, soaked and cold from the rain, looking for a drink to warm us up on a cold night... I was able to find rest. The bartender, who came in with the sound of a bell ringing softly, found us soaked in rainwater, immediately brought us warm towels. As I dried myself with a warm towel, I was impressed once again by the sincerity of the bartender, and again by the atmosphere of the bar as I dried myself. A clean yet modern bar atmosphere. When the gentle yet dandy appearance of the bartenders and the cocktails made with elegant hands were placed on top, I instantly felt like I was in a 19th century European pub. The Manhattan cocktail we were eventually served was truly awe-inspiring. The flavor of a whiskey cocktail, with its sweet yet heavy scent and exquisite garnish, is... ! I'm only writing here because I need to drink and sleep, but if you happen to stop by near Ueno, I'd like to strongly recommend stopping by 'Luke' bar.
