A great spot for a quick lunch! The rolls are tasty, and the staff are always friendly, making it a pleasant and convenient place to grab a meal. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Check your payments/change at the counter at this lunchbox store as at the register at this store in the past two months I have almost been overcharged five times.i woke up when I checked my internet bank details and was overcharged twice .i have complained to the person behind the counter doing the over charging and they just gave me attitude and said quote -we are not perfect.i was a regular now I go/eat else where.

Hi Michael. Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We do take customer service quite seriously and this is unacceptable. Can you please let me know which lunchbox store it was and possibly which staff member served you on this occasion and we will take appropriate action. In regards to being overcharged, we’re happy to refund you if you’d like to pop in and chat to the manager so we can find out where the issue lays. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention
