Bought a whole cake here and the taste was honestly excellent—very yummy! However, the experience was let down by the service. I asked beforehand if candles were included so I could purchase them elsewhere if needed, and they confirmed they were. Unfortunately, they forgot to include them. The packaging also felt a bit careless; they used a box that was too small, leaving the cake taller than the box itself . For a pricey cake, you'd expect better attention to detail, though the flavor almost made up for it.

They keep posting on Instagram stories seen my messages but didn’t reply I’ve asked politely for a few days, still nothing. Honestly, don’t know how this business works. Even if the desserts are good the attitude is so unapproachable. I’d probably avoid coming back

Cakes are good. Service is not good. No intro for the desserts which is display in the fridge . Dont have name & price for those desserts. Do not provide plain water.
