Absolutely terrible experience with Lychee. I ordered a salad, and the dressing was clearly sour and tasted spoiled. I went back to the restaurant to report the issue, expecting at least some acknowledgment or an attempt to resolve it. Instead, they completely denied that there was anything wrong and acted as if this was completely normal. The worst part wasn’t even the bad food—it was the way the complaint was handled. No responsibility, no proper customer service, and absolutely no concern for the customer’s experience. Very disappointing. I definitely won’t be ordering from Lychee again, and I would seriously question the quality control of their food. Food: 1 Service: 1
