Our first experience at this lounge was terrible. The staff were unprofessional and the service was disappointing. They gave us a table, but no one came to take our order. After 30 minutes, one of the staff members finally came and asked us to move because the table was reserved. We requested to speak with the manager, but the staff informed us that the place does not have a manager!! It was our first visit, and I’m sure it will be our last. Service: 1

I would like to recommend M lounge because the coffee here is so delicious, nothing is as delicious and nothing is like it. Apart from being delicious, their staff is very entertaining and especially the waitress name Gin and their receptionist Yousef is also very handsome.
