Incredible experience all around! Kurt greeted with high level engagement and suggestions. He is clearly an advocate for M Shack beyond just being an employee. Great fun but chill atmosphere. Feel like I could come here and watch a game one night or invite our whole family for a fun dinner. The food and pricing is equally amazing!! We will be back soon! Thanks Kurt! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Double Cheeseburger, Burger, Sauce

I’ve been a regular here for the past 10 years, and it’s one of my favorite locally owned burger spots. The food is consistently great, but what really sets this place apart is how much the owners and staff genuinely care about their customers. They always go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied and truly appreciate your patronage. That kind of personal service is rare these days and is a big reason I keep coming back. Great burgers, great people, and a business that’s invested in its community. Highly recommend! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: House made veggie burger, salad Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun

I haven't been back to M Shack Nocatee since they redid their menu. I was worried when I heard all burgers were now well-done, which I do not like. I went last week and was so impressed! I ordered the M Smashburger and it was delicious! Not overdone, not too undercooked, and the cheese was delish. The best part was our server, Zan. He was OUTSTANDING! I have not had service like that in an extremely long time, anywhere. Totally attentive, polite, kind, and well spoken. We felt very special! We will definitely be back to give it another go. Kudos, Zan! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
