Buenas vistas, camareros simpáticos pero el baklava no tiene que ver con el que comí en la misma franquicia en Estambul. Para el precio tan caro hay opciones mucho mejores en Mostar. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered breakfast at Mado in Mostar. The egg skillet was served boiling hot without any warning, and I burned my hand. When we asked for the manager, we were told they weren't there; we couldn't find a single person in charge to address our grievance. The restaurant is completely left to its own devices, run by Indonesian employees who are clearly overwhelmed with an excessive workload. Turkish music plays constantly, and 90% of the customers are Turkish, yet there is not a single employee who speaks Turkish. This Mado is completely stripped of the quality you find in Turkey. Whether we visit in the morning, evening, or over the weekend, we always see the exact same employees. It is obvious there is a severe staffing shortage; the staff is well-intentioned, but the place is terribly mismanaged and lacks proper supervision. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
