Ordered lunch for my husband and I via DoorDash. Love their Orchard salad, especially the dressing. Ordered dressing mixed in heavy like I always do and received salad with zero dressing (receipt clearly shows dressing heavy mixed in). Couldn’t eat it which is sad for a $28 salad (steak, extra protein). Called restaurant only to get a message that it’s their busy time and they don’t answer the phones. Lunch ruined (special occasion) and no way to resolve. Over $60 for a lunch that caused great stress. If you are going to charge such high prices, hire staff that can follow directions and also have someone to answer the phone for problems like these. Terribly disappointed!
