Placed an order for pick up thru door dash. Went to get it and the truck wasn't there. I reported an issue to DD. I get a call from the truck 35 minutes later stating they were there. I told them I'm eating across the street and I don't see a truck. Told me they are around the corner, so I walked around the block. No one there. Door dash won't give a full refund, so as a result, I guess I'm just out some money... Edit to their reply: then consider putting that warning on your ordering platforms where people actually go...and I know it's a red truck. Thus, why I know you weren't there when you said you were. Hard to miss.
