We have ordered to go: two burger sets with double beyond meat patties in each. The order was made with single beyond meat patties instead. So I go back to Maidan to fix this issue, just in case grabbed those already cold burgers too. They see the mistake, acknowledge it, apologise, and put separately two burger patties that were missing in the new box and give them to me. What am I supposed to do with them? Grab the hot meat by hand and put it into the cold burger? Was it impossible to just add bread and assemble a burger out of them just as a gesture since the client had to go through the inconvenience of moving back and forth due to their mistake? I am not sure that this is how the service is supposed to work. The guys are lovely as people, very polite, but professionally such things must be handled very differently.
