Worst customer service. The cashier is kind and approachable but the "server" lacks proper training on proper handling and communicating with customer. My name was only called once and because I was busy at that moment, I didn't clearly heard my name so I've waited again for her to call out my name because I was unsure if I'm the one she called however instead of calling my name again, she never called my name and proceeded on doing other customer's order. The cashier, noticed that I'm still waiting there and so she called again my name. I went to get my order happily but the 'girl server' spite some words with sarcastic laugh telling publicly with loud voice, "kanina ko pa kasi yan tinatawag eh hahaha". Very unprofessional, ill-mannered and impatient employee. What if someone who has hearing impairment mocked like this publicly? I'm very much disappointed, Mixue Waltermart. She could've handled this professionally with utmost respect and I'll wholeheartedly apologize for my unattentiveness. -around 7pm (03/27/26)

Located near Jollibee inside Waltermart Subic..Friendly staff, easy ordering experience, child-friendly atmosphere, moderate prices, lots of refreshments to choose from. Some drinks can still be pretty sweet though even if you ask them to lessen the sugar content. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₱1–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
