La clave de este restaurante está en su cocina china. Un gran número de los comensales de Ming Kitchen apunta que aquí sirven un perfectamente elaborado pollo con chile, unos singulares tallarines chow mein y unas tiernas albóndigas de pollo. El servicio de entrega a domicilio es una de las grandes ventajas de este lugar. Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es admirable. El buen servicio es algo que sus visitantes quisieran ver mejorar. Aquí vas a pagar unos precios razonables. Tienes la oportunidad de disfrutar de una festiva atmósfera. Ming kitchen is likely the best in Redcar, or at least the one I trust the most. However, it is also pretty expensive so couldn't afford to go frequently. We ordered a Cantonese sweet and sour dish last night with egg fried rice and a sweet and sour general dish with an extra portion of satay sauce. The Cantonese dish was tasty but needed a little more sauce. I was trying to ask on the phone if the egg fried rice was included in the dish and thr girl misunderstood. It ended up costing us an extra £1.20 each for the egg fried rice. I think when your dish is already £8.30, it should come with it or be a minimal supplement. We did enjoy our meal either way & this place would remain my place of choice. It's far better than Fisherman Square. I wouldn't mind seeing a honey-chilli dish on the menu.
