This branch of a well-known hotpot chain is spacious, convenient, and consistently delivers a good dining experience. The ingredients are fresh and high quality, while the staff are attentive and efficient, maintaining the standards the brand is known for. The roast duck was flavorful, the hotpot was both delicious and comforting, and the crispy pork made a great addition to the meal. Their dim sum selection is also quite good, offering plenty of options to share with family and friends. One thing I really appreciate is how quickly the service runs, even during busy meal times. Orders arrive promptly, and takeaway service is usually just as efficient. They regularly introduce new broths and side dishes, which keeps every visit interesting. The option to enjoy two different soup bases in one pot is also perfect for groups with different tastes. Overall, a reliable spot for hotpot with great food, good service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a place I would happily return to. Well, it was nice hanging out for one hour waiting on our food. We had to leave starved, realizing they had never sent our order through. We ordered some sweet tea, 2 glasses, and two crab balls as an appetizer totalling 183 BHT, while waiting on food that never came. DO NOT EAT HERE if you appreciate service. Zero star.
