I'm a sucker for a good thing crust pizza and MOD Pizza does thin crust like few others. Their menu offers several favorites or you can build your own. I'm happy they brought back the riccada cheese! Also, there's nothing like finishing the meal with their homemade Nothing cakes. The food is fantastic and the price is right. I had an absolutely outstanding experience at MOD Pizza, and I can confidently say this was some of the best customer service I’ve received anywhere. From the moment I walked in, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention to detail. I ordered a veggie pizza, and without me even having to ask, the chef made the extra effort to use a clean cutter to avoid any cross-contamination with meat. As a vegetarian who can’t digest meat, that meant a lot to me. It showed genuine awareness, respect, and pride in their work—not just going through the motions, but truly caring about the customer experience. That kind of effort does not go unnoticed. Natalie, who took my order, was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and she absolutely nailed my pizza. I went with a pesto base, mozzarella, spinach, and roasted garlic, and it came out perfect—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Jordan, the chef, deserves major credit for not only cooking the pizza to perfection but also taking that extra step with the clean cutter. That level of professionalism and attention to detail is rare and deserves recognition. Yatz was also fantastic—super friendly, supportive of the team, and contributed to the positive, welcoming atmosphere. This team works incredibly well together, and it shows. The energy was great, the service was top-tier, and the food matched it. Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This visit was a huge win for me, and it definitely earned my loyalty. I’ll absolutely be back—next time I’m coming in for a classic plain cheese pizza. If this visit is any indication, I already know it’s going to be amazing.
