Si quieres tener un buen recuerdo de Mikane Shrine, ven primero a este bar. La buenísima ubicación de MOGANA hace que llegar a él por cualquier medio sea muy sencillo. Este lugar es muy recomendable por su afable personal. Siempre que vengas, notarás su agradable servicio. Un 4,5 es lo que este lugar ha logrado según el sistema de valoraciones de Google.

La gente del hotel es muy amable y respetuosa pero no resuelve nada. Pedimos café, se olvidan el filtro. Pedimos un taxi, me preguntan si es para mi. No envían las maletas de un hotel a otro. Tuvimos que irnos al tren con todo, cuando todos los hoteles de Japón tienen ese servicio. Al final en el check out no querían hacernos la factura, decían que era responsabilidad de booking y no nos ayudaban. En fin, el hotel normal, pero el servicio estando allí muy deficiente.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at MOGANA and could not recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was polite, professional and genuinely eager to help. Nothing was ever an issue, and they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. As English speaking travellers, we especially appreciated how well the staff communicated, which made everything easy and stress free. The hotel itself was immaculate. Every area was spotless and beautifully maintained, with excellent facilities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition because they were truly second to none. Our room was cleaned to an exceptional standard every day and always felt fresh and perfectly presented. MOGANA exceeded all of our expectations. The service, cleanliness, facilities and attention to detail were outstanding. We would not hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Service: 5

We had the pleasure of staying here on our wedding night, and it truly made the occasion even more special. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional - our bags were kindly taken up to our room without us even needing to ask, and we were personally shown to the room with a thorough and thoughtful explanation of everything. The room itself was beautifully designed, with a calm, quiet, and private atmosphere that felt perfect for such an important night. The music playing in the room added a wonderful ambiance and made the experience feel even more special. We were also impressed by the range of amenities available, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Later in the evening, we were treated to a beautiful seasonal welcome drink, which was a lovely touch and a perfect way to wind down and enjoy the atmosphere. The bathroom was a standout feature - absolutely stunning, with a large, deep bathtub, a gorgeous rainfall shower, and an impressively modern smart toilet. It felt luxurious and added to the sense of relaxation and indulgence. Breakfast was another highlight, served with care and attention that matched the rest of our experience. Overall, it was a memorable and wonderful stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our wedding night.
