Omg I finally got to try this place after saving it on my list to go to & I wasn’t left disappointed. The rosu katsu I got was sooooo good. I can’t stop raving about the tenderness and juiciness of the pork loin to my boyfriend. It was soo tasty!! My boyfriend got the chicken curry katsu which also was very tender and tasty. I would definitely come back again because it’s that good!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Parking options: Paid parking lot, Paid street parking

I'm not the biggest katsu connossieur but I sure did enjoy MORU's take on it! Between 2 people, we ordered the platter so that we could try everything and also added a udon on the side. In hindsight, the platter itself is plenty as it comes with a bowl of rice too. My favourite was the shrimp (though some might find the breading a little too thick), the pork loin and surprisingly, the chicken! The panko was very light and it was not at all too oily! I'm sure a lot of people like the cheese katsu, but it was wayyy too much for me. It was really mostly just deep fried cheese and very thin layer of pork. I also liked the little side pickles helped cut through the heaviness and it felt like the whole set was well thought out. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
