Being able to absorb & learn such valuable information from an exceptional seasoned chef is priceless. Not only that but to get follow up support when needed is better than any recipe. The MSK products are second to none. I wouldn't use anything else in my kitchen & they have opened my eyes & imagination to what is possible to achieve. My only negative is I wish there was more courses to attend... and you were closer than a 4 hour drive away. Keep up the good work guy. Kind regards David hearn

Been on the MSK day course today and just thought I’d put a little review on In short very professionally delivered and from the first moment till the last just solid skill and knowledge past on from Vicky and all from memory Simple techniques cleared up all the mystery of the powders and liquids and some very useful kit and a nice lunch too Personally I’m booking the next course thanks MSK
