Muge is a kyoto-styled izakaya that uses seasonal ingredients to bring out the wonderful traditional flavors of the dishes. The menus are primarily in japanese and required some translations to understand. Not to worry though, the chefs are very friendly and experts in their crafts. They did a wonderful job expressing their love for the dishes and ensuring a welcoming experience. I also want to give a special shoutout to the waitress who is super kind hearted and made such an effort in going above and beyond to explain the details of each dish!
