You indicate that you have minimal quantities for the price whereas if you ask the chef for more fries, we will serve you without problem. For example, every day a lot of fries are thrown in the trash, so we prefer to serve a reasonable quantity to serve you again later. Think about the planet, and the famine in the world. We are the cheapest in the sector, a lunch for less than €10 you won't find many traders knowing that for a kebab menu you have the sandwich (sauces+toppings+meat), fries and the drink. Concerning the atmosphere, we do not understand your rating knowing that it is a fast restaurant with much more space and tranquility. We are close to our …Hello Mr Chafik, I was there as manager of the restaurant and the employee didn't say anything mean to you, your friends (or colleagues) confirmed it too. We are close to our customers and try to make them have a good day in our restaurant with good humor, our customers also make jokes to us as you say with "slammed to the ground humor" but we take it in the second degree. When employees don't smile, it's remarks when they make jokes to simply put you at ease it's remarks so your comment really serves no purpose.
