It was my best friend's birthday and we decided to celebrate there this evening. We were a group of 5 people and we sat outside of the aircon room because most of us are smokers. My friends ordered 4 drinks and I ordered a burger. Firstly, a drink was served and later a waitress came and served my burger. At that time, my friend told her that there were 3 more drinks left to serve and the waitress confirmed us by asking"3 drinks right?" We ordered in Burmese language because there were also 2 waitresses who could speak burmese a little. A few moments later, a waiter (he was nice btw) came and served 2 more burgers. I knew that the waitress misunderstood 3 drinks as 3 burgers and I assumed here was a language barrier. The waiter simply took back the burgers after we said we didn't order 2 more burgers. And then, the waitress who took our orders came back furiously and asked with a tough tone "didn't you order three burgers?", we said "no" and she said "ah" and gave us a side eye and walked back. The worst part is that when she went into the aircon room she slammed the glass door on the way . We also heard a loud shouting of a girl. We were not sure if that was the waitress's voice or not but that sound was not a sign of joy. Finally, we went to the cashier for the receipt, she was there with an annoyed and sad face. The food was good, the place was enjoyable but the overall experience and customer service was 0 star. The staffs are also not paying attention to us. It was hard to call for an order and there was no tissue and we had to get into the aircon room and get by ourselves. Personally, I prefer good service over good food. Even if the food is not exceptional, we are happy to eat the food if the staff is kind. As for Mable, the food is pretty good but our birthday vibe is ruined because of a waitress.
