Needs improvement. I think out of all the kiosks the viral turkey leg may have been the best choice. We had the Mac and cheese. Spot and we were disappointed. Took a very long time. The food was warm not hot. The people are nice though. We didn't know everything was done by a kiosks. Better order ahead of time especially on the weekends. Also it would be nice if doordash orders did not come first. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Hi, Lu! I apologize for our service when you visited. I can't speak for the other vendors, but we don't do DoorDash orders first, we serve in the order received. If we had a lot of online orders right before you, that may have been what slowed us down for getting your meal out quickly. I hope you try us again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE MAC HOUSE IN THE FLAVOR DISTRICT! If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a party size gluten-free mac and cheese directly from their website days in advance to give them every opportunity to prepare or contact me if there was an issue. I was hosting a large event and several of my guests are gluten free so I was raving about the Mac House gluten free mac and cheese. That was my first mistake. They charged my card immediately and even texted me confirming my pickup window and that the order had been placed. Fast forward to pickup day: I receive another confirmation that my order will be ready between 11:55 AM and 12 PM. I arrive on time only to be met with complete confusion. The woman working there looked genuinely surprised that I had an order at all, then told me that not only was my order not ready, SHE HAD NOT STARTED ON IT! She had “a delivery earlier” (as if that excused anything) and to come back in an hour. Are you serious right now? Then came the real shock: she tells me she didn’t have enough ingredients to make the order and asked if I wanted a refund. My jaw was on the floor. Excuse me? If you don’t have the ingredients, why is the item listed on your website? Why take the money and confirm the order? Why advertise that you make a special type of mac and cheese when you don't? Is this the way we do business now? To make matters worse, she told me she couldn’t even process the refund because it “went through DoorDash,” even though I ordered through their own site. After about 20 minutes of confusion, she handed me a random number to call if I didn’t get my money back. Completely unacceptable. Her attitude and her inability to give the situation the delicacy it deserved was appalling. She shared that she was the only one working that day, and at that point the list of excuses she gave (which if this is how Mac House trains their people, please do better ALL the way around) was enough for me to NEVER patron them again. This experience was unprofessional from start to finish. No accountability, no communication, and no customer service. I will absolutely be sharing with my community not to patron this establishment, so save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually values your time and money. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: If you're gluten free and get excited about the gluten free options, don't. They will find excuses as to why they offer it but can't make it.
