Okay store fir a small town. Prepared food section not that great. The recently put out tamales. They either have inadequate stock of zero stock everytime I attempt to buy.

I shop here all the time and as I have shopped, i have overheard really horrible things an older blonde woman that I'm assuming is a boss of some sort say to and mistreat her employees. She is very unprofessional and I have noticed toxic workplace behavior from her over the course of my shopping trips. On one occasion, I overheard her speaking to an employee on aisle 2 saying that they (i am assuming the stocking crew) apparently are going to slow and that they are "wasting steps." And luckily, the employee had stood up for herself and told the boss not to speak to her that way, and the Boss had told her "Well this is the way i am speaking to everyone." Sorry Ma'am, but if that is the way you're speaking to everyone including all of your employees and customers, then you should truly be fired because that is incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional and completely rude. Praying this store gets decent management! Looks like a hostile work environment with what i have noticed. Shopper Beware!!!
